To honor and celebrate our employees, volunteers, leaders, and providers who bring our mission to life every day, the network is gifting each team member a fleece jacket. Members of Kettering Health Network may order a fleece jacket from January 25-April 2. Please follow the instructions below on how to order your fleece jacket.
How to Order Your Fleece Jacket
- Visit http://ketteringhealth.org/rewards and follow the login instructions if it is your first time visiting the Kettering Health Network Rewards store
- Click the “Order My Fleece Jacket” button at the top of the page
- Select your size and click “Add to Cart”
- Review your shipping address and continue the checkout process
Jackets will be shipped in late February to the address designated on your order.

- I’m having trouble ordering my jacket online. Who can I call for help? Contact LIzard Customer Support at email@example.com or 937-929-0706.
- Is there a cost to ship the jacket to my home? No, there is no cost to employees for the jacket or shipping. You’ll just need to select your jacket style (i.e. men’s or women’s), size and then enter your correct home address.
- Where can I find sizing information for the jacket? A size chart is available for you on the fleece jacket product page at https://ketteringhealth.org/rewards.
- I received my jacket, but it’s the wrong size. Can I exchange it? Yes, visit https://ketteringhealth.org/rewards to download and print the exchange form. Follow the instructions on the form to make an exchange.
