Take the Employee Engagement Survey May 14-29

When we work together, we make a difference. This is true both in taking care of patients and also in our own departments. The upcoming employee engagement survey is one way we work together–both leaders and front-line staff–to find our strengths and opportunities.

Your feedback matters. Creating a great place to work is an ongoing process, and we want to hear your thoughts, ideas, and suggestions. By sharing your feedback, we can learn what we’re doing well and where we can continue to improve,both as a network and in individual departments.

Take 10-15 minutes to complete the employee engagement survey, available May 14-29. You’ll be asked to rate your agreement or disagreement with different statements and answer open-ended questions like:

  • What kind of training or development would help you grow professionally?
  • What’s the best way for your executive leader to recognize your team? What can they recognize your team for?
  • What are the top one or two things Kettering Health Network could do that would positively impact your work-life balance?

All individual responses are confidential, and responses are not reported in groups less than five.
