Taryn Richert Recognized as Kettering Behavioral Medicine Center’s Employee of the Month

Congratulations to Taryn Richert, who was named Kettering Behavioral Medicine Center’s July of the Month! Taryn works in Adolescent Psych at the hospital.

The Employee of the Month Award recognizes the people you love to work with. These winners show exceptional performance as defined by the network’s Standards of Behavior, live out the network’s values, and demonstrate the healing presence practices outlined in Called to Care. “Taryn has helped numerous times, too many to count, by staying over and coming in on her days off to help cover our high volumes the past five or six months. Taryn always comes to work with a smile on her face, ready to get to work. She is a great mental health tech that enjoys doing the sacred work we do here at Kettering Behavioral Medicine Center. She has a great connection with both the kids and adults she is assigned to. It is always a pleasure to have her here at Kettering Behavioral Medicine Center.
