Watch Your Inbox: Great Place to Work Trust Index Survey

Kettering Health Network is being surveyed to determine if our company can be certified by Great Place to Work as a great workplace and if we are eligible for the Best Workplaces lists, and the survey window opens July 31. This includes Fortune’s list of the 100 Best Companies to Work For.

Part of the application for this designation includes a voluntary survey that is sent to a random group of our employees. This survey, called the Trust Index Survey, is administered by a third-party organization, Great Place to Work. The survey is designed to capture employees’ opinions about how they experience different aspects of our organization.

How will I know if I need to take the survey?

If you are one of the selected employees, you will receive an email invitation on Wednesday, July 31. The email invitation will include a unique username and password, and a link that will allow you to access the survey. The email subject line will be “Great Place to Work Trust Index Survey”, and it will be sent from the following name and email address: “Survey Administrator” at You can also reach out to or 1-415-844-2500 x2 to obtain log-in credentials. The survey will remain open until Wednesday, August 14.

How will my answers be used?

This survey provides a snapshot of our culture at Kettering Health Network. These survey responses, along with a written application, are used to evaluate Kettering Health Network for Fortune’s list of 100 Best Companies to Work For. You are encouraged to complete the survey and be candid in your responses. Your answers are collected by Great Place to Work and will be treated anonymously and with complete confidentiality. If Kettering Health Network becomes a certified Great Place to Work, your comments may appear on a website about the network.
