Congratulations to April Ratliff, who was named Soin Medical Center’s February Employee of the Month. April works in Nursing Administration at the hospital.
The Employee of the Month Award recognizes the people you love to work with. These winners show exceptional performance as defined by the network’s Standards of Behavior, live out the network’s values, and demonstrate the healing presence practices outlined in Called to Care. “There are no words for how amazing April is. She is always there for everyone, and I mean everyone. She answers questions, guides us, lends an ear, gives a hug, listens quietly, helps many with filling out benefits, along with multiple other things on a very long list. April is always smiling, and even if she is having a bad day, she does not let people know it. April has the biggest heart and truly cares about us all. I think she deserves to be employee of the month because when April is not at work, we are all wondering when she will be back because she is such an amazing resource and help to all of us. She is a gem that deserves to shine. I know that I am blessed to know April and I will appreciate all she does for everyone. ”
