We have an ongoing commitment to be a great place to work and great place to receive care. The events of the last year are a reminder of how important it is to ensure that we have a strong workplace culture no matter the circumstances. Employee feedback is a critical part of growing as a great place to work.
This year, in addition to applying for consideration for Fortune’s List of the 100 Best Workplaces, we are also participating in the “Best Places to Work in Healthcare” program created by Modern Healthcare and the Best Companies Group. This program is designed to recognize outstanding places of employment in health care.
The Best Places to Work in Healthcare Survey is part of this process in which a random sample of Kettering Health Network team members are surveyed about their experience here.
How will I know if I have been asked to participate in this survey?
If you are one of the randomly selected employees, you will receive an email invitation on Friday, April 2. The email invitation will include a unique link that will allow you to access the survey. The email subject line will be “Best Places to Work in Healthcare – Employee Survey”, and it will be sent from the following email address: Surveys@BestCompaniesGroup.com.
If you are invited to share feedback, please be honest and candid in your responses
The feedback we receive provides valuable insights into the strengths and opportunities of our workplace culture, and strong participation is important. This is a voluntary survey and to protect your anonymity, the Best Companies Group will not share any personal information that could be used to identify you.
The survey will remain open until Friday, April 16.
