We are continuing to monitor the impact COVID-19 has on our organization and the strain it places on our various departments. We have invited all our team members to support departments impacted by high COVID-19 volumes.
As a further incentive, for the next six weeks, Kettering Health Network is offering incentives to team members willing to pick up additional shifts in hard-hit departments.

Currently this incetive program is only approved for:
- November 29, 2020-January 9, 2021
- Roles in the following hospital departments that work directly with patients:
- Radiology
- Respiratory
- Lab
- Pharmacy
- Rehab
- Non-vascular Ultrasound
- Nursing Units
- Environmental Services
- Dietary
- Care Management
- Also these roles:
- Patient Access at emergency departments or testing sites
- Central Scheduling
