The network has updated its process for donations of personal protective equipment. Below is the updated process that can be used to outline what has been donated.
Donation Locations:
- Front door of all hospitals and freestanding EDs
Process for large donation (pallets or multiple boxes):
- Send contact information via email to SupplyDonations@ketteringhealth.org or contact Katt Slife at (937) 762-1423.
- Katt will reach out to donor and get a donation form filled out.
- Katt will arrange for delivery or pick up of the products.
- Products to be taken to the service center for integrity check and inventory.
- Form to be submitted to Kettering Medical Center Foundation. Instructions for submission can be found on the form.
If donation from a small company and/or individual:
- Place donation in the storage bin.
- Collection point staff will get donation form filled out and insert in “volunteer services” envelope.
- Collections will be picked up by courier services daily. Envelope will be placed inside bins when picked up.
- Bins will be brought to service center for integrity check and inventory.
- If you’d like to expedite your donation process at the hospital drop off location, feel free to print and complete this form. We appreciate your generosity. If you do not have access to print, we will also have these forms available at the donation sites.

All products will be checked for package integrity:
- Torn packaging
- Holes in packaging
- Dirty packaging
