Kettering Medical Center is starting its annual Adopt-a-Family project.
If your department wants to be part of this year’s adopt-a-family, fill out this form and send it to Noreen Whitmill at noreen.whitmill@ketteringhealth.org or fax it to 937-395-8004 by Friday, November 24.
Gifts will be picked up on December 20. You can click here for a more detailed pick-up schedule. If you would like to drop off your donations prior to the pick-up dates, you can bring them to the HR Office on Kettering Medical Center’s campus, located in the Boonshoft Building. The families will be picking up their gifts on December 21.
Employees who would like to apply for assistance should fill out this form as well as this one and return it to the HR Department at Kettering Medical Center or Sycamore Medical Center by December 1. The completed form can also be emailed to noreen.whitmill@ketteringhealth.org or faxed to 937-395-8004.
