The Human Resources team at Kettering and Sycamore medical centers is partnering with the hospitals’ Gift Shops for the annual Backpack and School Supply project. Last year, they had a record-breaking year, providing 200 students with backpacks filled with school supplies for the 2016 school year.
How to Get Involved
Your department can now join for the 2017 Back to School Supply Drive. Beginning July 14, supplies will be collected at Kettering’s HR office. You can also sign up to make a monetary donation at the Gift Shops at Kettering and Sycamore campuses, as well as the Kettering College Campus Corner Store. Click here for a list of suggested school supply donations.
If you would like to donate as a department/unit, please fill out this form and bring it with your school supplies or a donation to the Kettering or Sycamore campus HR departments. The deadline for donations is August 4, 2017. Employees will be picking up the backpacks for their student(s) on Friday, August 11.
